Pharma Media Pacing Dashboard

A working demo of how I monitor delivery across a multi-brand pharma portfolio. Sort any column, filter by HCP or DTC, and tap a flagged row to read the diagnosis I would actually write in a status note.

Portfolio pacing, the interactive version

A multi-tab pacing workbook for a 10+ brand pharma portfolio holds pacing, eCPM efficiency, and anomaly flags in one view. This is a sanitized, clickable version with sample brands.

All figures are illustrative sample data, not client numbers. A real workbook adds leadership summaries, weekly client recaps, Crossix coverage, and DSP-level efficiency views.

Why pacing dashboards fail in pharma

Most pacing reports answer one question: are we on budget. That is the least interesting question. A line item at 100% pacing can still be failing, because it is buying the wrong supply at the wrong price against the wrong audience, and a line item at 82% pacing can be the healthiest thing on the plan if the shortfall is a deliberate throttle on a fraudulent app list.

The three columns that actually matter together are pacing, eCPM, and audience delivery. Pacing alone tells you whether money moved. eCPM tells you what it cost. Only the combination tells you whether the money moved efficiently, and only a flag with a written diagnosis attached tells your client what to do about it. That is why every anomaly in this demo carries a sentence explaining the cause, not just a red dot.

How I use this in practice

Across a 10+ brand portfolio, the dashboard is a triage layer. It surfaces the three or four brands that need attention this week so the team is not re-reading every campaign every Monday. The anomaly flags run on simple rules: pacing outside a tolerance band, eCPM drifting past a brand baseline, or delivery concentrating into too few placements.
